I prepared for my very first day of the 10-Day Green Smoothie cleanse after dinner today. It'll be super easy to throw everything in the blender that I need and then divvy it up for my three meals. Just getting the ingredients together I felt healthier. It combines Flaxseed, spinach, fruits, Stevia, and I also added an organic protein powder to help since I am at the gym pumping iron... you know to get buff and stuff!! Tomorrow as soon as I wake up I will be taking some photos in a specific outfit that I will use for the duration of the cleanse, a close up of my o'natural face, and measurements including inches and weight. The book says on average people lose between 10-15lbs. I'm not sure if that estimate is for people who are more over weight than I, so I am very intrigued to see how it works for someone who literally only wants to lose that much and no more.
